Rolled Pork Ribs with sage stuffing
This time I made 4 used plain croutons hydrated in water to soften them up a bit.
This is the first time I did them on the Weber Q, probably should have been done 30 to 60 minutes longer to be fall off the bone. I have always done them in the oven before. Still tasty and good, but need to be fall off the bone.
Second time on the Q cooked on low for about 3 hours, fall off the bone tender= perfect !
