Spaghetti Squash

Spaghetti Squash

          They way we enjoy spaghetti squash is so easy and quick to do. First thing is to cut the squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.

         Now I turn them over onto a microwave safe plate, pierce the outer skin add a tablespoon of water to the plate and cover with something (saran wrap works well). Now just pop in the microwave on high for 10-15 minutes depending on the size until easily pierced with a fork.

          Now its very hot so hold with a pot holder and scoop onto a plate with a spoon ( fork or a spoon or both) and separate like spaghetti noodles.

          Now I just add our homemade spaghetti sauce, with ground turley, onions. mushrooms, garlic, parmesan cheese and a fresh baked bun.

          Thats the way we enjoy spaghetti squash, kinda like spaghetti without the gluten.
