Easy Chicken stir fry.

Easy chicken stir fry

5  minutes prep time, 15 minutes to cook

add a tossed salad and was wonderful


1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast cut into thin strips.
2 cloves garlic minced
1 tbsp oil
1-1/4 cups water
1/4 cup lite soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1 pkg (16oz) fresh stir-fry veggies
2 cups Minute rice uncooked

 COOK and Stir chicken, garlic and oil in a large skillet for 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
ADD water, soy sauce, sugar and vegetables, stir and bring to a boil.
STIR in rice, cover, remove from heat, let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork.

Makes 4 servings
