Maple Mustard Salmon

Maple Mustard Salmon

with a tossed salad and Rice Pilaf
Ingredients …

1/2 lb ( 250g) – salmon fillets, bones removed and cut into 2 pieces
1⁄4 cup (60 mL)  butter or margarine
1⁄8 cup (30 mL) pure maple syrup
2 tsp. (10 mL) Dijon mustard or grainy Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. (5 mL) low sodium soy sauce

 Step 1
Preheat oven to 425° F (220° C). Arrange salmon in 8-inch (20-cm) baking dish.
Step 2
Melt Buttery Taste margarine or butter for 8 seconds on high in microwave. Combine with mustard, soy sauce and maple syrup.
Step 3
Pour mixture over salmon. Bake 12 minutes or until salmon flakes with a fork. Serve hot with extra sauce over the top.

Delicious with your favourite rice and vegetable side dishes.
