Haddock with lemon and Herbs

Haddock with lemon and Herbs


these are estimated ingredients, I don't really measure much, but it works for me.

1/8 cup light margarine
1 tsp fresh chopped chives (or shallots)
1 tsp freshly chopped tarragon (or dill)
1 tsp fresh cropped parsley leaves
1/4 tsp dijon mustard
1/4 tsp fresh lemon juice
1/8 tsp fresh crushed garlic
2 fillets of Ocean Haddock, I used, or Halibut, sea bass or salmon.

Step 1

Combine the margarine,, chives, parsley, tarragon, mustard, garlic and lemon cover an refrigerate until ready to use.

Step 2

Grill or broil 5 minutes or so until flakes with a fork turn over and spread the herb mixture on each fillet. Another 5 minutes should do it.
This was done under the broiler tonight
very tasty  healthy meal
