Gluten Free Turkey Meatloaf on our Weber Q

couple of ingredients that I used
all mixed together, wrap in foil and refrigerate
preheat grill turn to low and  carefully slide the loaf on
after 12 minutes,
two spatulas carefully flip
add salsa, close lid about 15 minutes until done
        Remove from  grill cover with foil and rest about 5 minutes, slice and serve
added to a salad, sure hit the spot


1 Lb lean ground turkey
1/4 cup  salsa (I used chili sauce)
1/4 cup minced onion
2 tbsp parmesan cheese
1 egg or substitute
1 tbsp no salt Everything spice (or what ever you like)

   Mix it all together form a loaf (about 4 inches by 8 inches x 2 inches thick)wrap in foil and let it set in the fridge for an hour or up to 8 hours to firm up.

   Slide carefully on a preheated Weber Q grill after preheating and turn to low heat heat. Grill about 12 minutes then with 2 clean spatulas carefully turn over. Top with salsa (or my chili sauce) close lid for about 15 minutes until internal temp 165f with an meat thermometer.
Let stand about 5 minutes then slice ad serve.Very tasty and very healthy
