Just a few recipes that I have done either on our Weber Q-100 or foods that we enjoy.
A lot of the non Weber recipes I used in my restaurant "Jessie's Diner" in Plattsville Ontario, during my 10 years as owner operator in the 1990's.

Grilled Lemon and Garlic Chicken

Found this recipe on a card somewhere (quite a while ago) and looked interesting. So as usual I modified it somewhat and this is what I came up with.
Was very tasty and Suzie said yes its a keeper. Easy to do.
8 pieces of chicken, (I used 4 legs and 4 thighs)
1 tsp salt
5 lemons 3 juiced and 2 cut in half ( I used 1 cut in half for the 2 of us)
1: Place chicken in baking dish and salt on all sides, Chill for 10 minutes up to 12 hours.
2: Preheat grill to med high. In saucepan mix together lemon juice, olive oil, garlic and leaves from 2 sprigs on thyme. Heat mixture until it starts to simmer, 1to 2 minutes. Remove from heat, pour sauce over the chicken and reserve 1/2 in sauce pan.
3: Place chicken on grill and cook 2 minutes turn and cook 2 minutes more. Reduce heat to low and cook 20 - 25 minutes longer turning 2-3 times.
4: Set lemon halves cut side down on the grill. Using BBQ tongs dunk grilled chicken pieces in reserved sauce, coating all sides. Return to grill and cook until done. Transfer to serving platter and garnish with grilled lemons and remaining thyme sprigs.
