Love doing a pork tenderloin of our grill. It is a very lean and tender cut of pork. Really nothing quite like it. And we do it fairly often.
So easy to do too. Trim any excess fat that may be on it and I like to spray with olive oil and rub with a favorite spice , (salt free with onion, garlic and whatever). If you have time let it rest in the fridge for a few hours. Take it out about 30 minutes before preheating the grill.
Once preheated turn the grill to medium low, puts the tenderloin on and after about 12 minutes turn it over and another 12-15 minutes grill to internal temp 145f.
