Stuffed Peppers on our Weber Q 100

all done cheese melted
add a salad and we good to go


2  Peppers ( we prefer red, yellow or Orange peppers)
2/3 cup long grain rice, cooked
Grated cheese, parmesan cheese
4 tbls spaghetti sauce (I had some in the freezer, all cooked with onions, mushrooms, spices and ground turkey)


Clean the peppers, leave tops off and grill for 10-15 minutes turning frequently until charred and getting tender.
Add the sauce to the rice and heat up, maybe add a bit of water, to keep moist.
When peppers are done stuff them with the rice and sauce mixture.
Add some parmesan and cheddar cheese.
Set in a foil pan, add water, cover with foil back on the grill, med high, lid closed for 15-20 minutes until heated through and cheese melted.
Serve with a salad and enjoy !
