Sweet and sour pork Ribs

yummy ribs
3./4 pound pork spareribs cut into individual pieces.
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch

1/2 cup ketchup
1/3 cup cider vinegar or you can use white vinegar for a bit less flavor.

1/4 cup cold water

1. Place ribs in a pan (with some spices and water) on the Weber Q wrapped in foil for about 90 minutes on low, (our can do in the oven)
2. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine the sugar, brown sugar, cornstarch, ketchup, vinegar and water until smooth. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 1-2 minutes or until thickened. Remove ribs from pan. Drain and discard fat. Return ribs to pan; drizzle 1-1/2 cups sauce over ribs. Bake 30 minutes longer.
