3./4 pound pork spareribs cut into individual pieces.
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 cup ketchup
1/3 cup cider vinegar or you can use white vinegar for a bit less flavor.
1/4 cup cold water
1. Place ribs in a pan (with some spices and water) on the Weber Q wrapped in foil for about 90 minutes on low, (our can do in the oven)
