|the smoked sausage really adds to the taste|
- Heat oil large skillet
- Add sausage to brown then set aside.
- Saute onions and garlic until tender.
- Add chicken water to skillet and bring to a boil.
- Add rice, mushrooms, veggies, sausage and soya sauce stir, cook 5 minutes med-low covered.
- Remove from heat let stand 5 minutes covered until all liquid is absorbed.
