The other day (Feb. 25 , 2018) we visited rv friends Sandy and Randy and she had made this very tasty snack. So easy to make and healthier than potato chips. We enjoyed them
The next day Sandy brought me a bunch of Kale, so guess what I made a batch.

Ingredients1 bunch of Kale
1TBS Olive oil
1 tsp season salt or sea salt and I like a bit of garlic powder as well.
Directions:1 Preheat over ro 350 F line a cookie sheet with foil or parchment paper
2. Remove the leaves from the thick stalk with scissors of a knife and tear into cute size pieces. Wash and dry thoroughly and dry completely , a salad spinner works great.
3. Drizzle with olive oil and spices
4. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the edges brown but don't burn it
